If you are driving a low profile vehicle it is highly recommended that you enter the property using the south shared access driveway entrance to help prevent vehicle damage.

Parking is limited. Parking is permitted only in the designated parallel parking spaces directly in front of the property. The area can accommodate up to 5 mid-sized vehicles when parked correctly. Trailers are permitted only if they fit within the designated parking spaces. Please note that a trailer will reduce the available number of vehicle parking spaces

The shared access driveway must remain clear and unobstructed at all times, to ensure all 4 properties have adequate access, including large delivery trucks & vehicles towing boats and trailers to enter and exit safely. Please do not park, stop or leave any vehicle or trailer in a way that restricts access.

And don't forget.. if you find yourself in the BOOGIE ZONE, your only option is to dance. Good moves are appreciated, terrible moves are celebrated, even if they make you wanna jump off the dock - Lucky you the jumping platform is standing by for a dramatic exit.

Pro tip - Don't head inside too early! Some evenings, the sunset puts on the best show on the lake. Trust us , its worth the wait!

Please remember these few simple things can make every visitors experience one to remember.

  • Pocket Check! Before you take the plunge, do yourself a favor & check your pockets. Phones, keys, wallets, and other valuables have an uncanny ability to become permanent residents of the lake. a quick double- check now can save you from the cost of a diver later. The water here at the dock is over 30 feet deep (May - September).
  • Keep in mind wind gusts can come out of nowhere, if you leave items unsecured they may not be there when you return.
  • Return all items to their original location and secure them.
  • Secure the Lily Pad to the buoy whenever it is in the water. Never leave it in the water unattended or when leaving the dock.
  • Return the Kayaks and paddles to the rack.
  • Store all water toys in their original  location when finished.
  • Return the Pedal boat to either the Jet Ski Lift or Secure (2 securing clip-ins)  to the south side of the dock by the swim platform.

Every day before you leave the Dock

  • Secure the dock furniture.
  • Turn off The Propane
  • Pull the ladders from the water and secure
