Parking

Please see photo to maximize vehicle accommodation . Parking is limited. Parking is permitted only in the designated parallel parking spaces directly in front of the property. The area can accommodate up to 5 mid-sized vehicles when parked correctly. Trailers are permitted only if they fit within the designated parking spaces. Please note that a trailer will reduce the available number of vehicle parking spaces

Parking is not permitted on Miller Circle, at any neighboring property or any other unauthorized location. Any vehicle parked in an unauthorized location including blocking the shared access driveway *MAY BE TOWED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE*

The property is accessed by a shared access driveway shared by 4 separate properties, with 2 (North & South) Entry/Exit points. If you are driving a low profile vehicle it is highly recommended that you enter the property using the south shared access driveway entrance to help prevent vehicle damage. 

The shared access driveway must remain clear and unobstructed at all times, to ensure all 4 properties have adequate access, including large delivery trucks & vehicles towing boats and trailers to enter and exit safely. Please do not park, stop or leave any vehicle or trailer in a way that restricts access.
